Senior DC Pensions Administrator

About the role

Join WTW’s Outsourcing line of business as a Senior DC Pensions Administrator based in Redhill. Working hybrid, you will mentor junior administrators, ensure service level agreements are met, and act as the senior point of reference for complex and non‑standard cases.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, train and support Junior Pensions Administrators, providing regular feedback.
• Check and challenge work performed by less experienced associates to ensure accuracy.
• Deputise for the Team Leader when absent and assist with complex projects and complaints.
• Maintain service level agreements, meet targets and deadlines, and continuously identify improvement opportunities.
• Handle member and client queries related to defined contribution pension schemes.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering occupational pension schemes, especially DC schemes.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and support junior staff.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
• High level of accuracy and a customer‑focused mindset.
