Senior Defined Contribution Pension Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Defined Contribution (DC) Pension Consultant to join a growing DC pensions team. The role involves advising UK employers on DC pension arrangements, helping them design schemes, meet regulatory obligations and improve retirement outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultancy on master‑trust and contract‑based DC schemes.
• Shape scheme design, including auto‑enrolment, contribution structures and retirement options.
• Lead and mentor the team of pension consultants.
• Develop and drive strategic direction for the DC proposition.

Required profile

• Proven experience with both contract‑based and master‑trust DC schemes.
• Strong knowledge of the UK DC pensions landscape and regulatory framework.
• Aspirations to move into a strategic, business‑development role.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of DC pension scheme design and governance.
• Familiarity with auto‑enrolment regulations and compliance requirements.
