About the role

We are a leading B2B events business seeking a Senior Delegate Sales Manager to lead a small team of four and drive delegate sales across our portfolio of conferences, exhibitions and awards. This dual‑role position combines hands‑on selling with team leadership, offering a dynamic environment for a motivated sales professional.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four delegate sales executives.
• Generate new business and close delegate sales for a range of B2B events.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets, leveraging uncapped commission.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align sales strategies with event programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of delegate or B2B event sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage or coach a small sales team.
• Degree‑educated or equivalent professional background.
• Polished communication skills with a confident, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Strong desire to earn, close deals and exceed targets.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
