Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

As a Senior Delivery Manager at CreateFuture, you will own end‑to‑end delivery outcomes for client engagements, ensuring scope, time, budget and quality are met. You will leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and focus on high‑value work while adapting quickly to diverse client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project timelines, tracking progress against milestones across time, budget and quality.
• Oversee team performance and delivery health, removing blockers and supporting problem‑solving.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Build and maintain transparent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates and escalate issues when necessary.
• Facilitate key meetings, ceremonies and governance activities, keeping clear records of decisions.
• Challenge stakeholders constructively to achieve the best outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven project or delivery management experience in a consultancy or client‑services model.
• Strong understanding of commercial constructs and client outcome delivery.
• Experience with project discovery or strategy work.
• Recognised delivery certification such as Scrum or PMP.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and stay focused under pressure.
