Senior Designer / Editor – Creative Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer / Editor to join a fast‑growing creative team in London. You will help shape high‑impact digital, social and integrated campaigns, turning concepts into compelling visual stories that resonate with audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality video content, graphic design, motion graphics and other digital assets.
• Take projects from concept through final execution with meticulous attention to detail.
• Develop visual storytelling tailored for digital‑first and social audiences.
• Support planning and execution of content strategies and broader campaign initiatives.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies and creative opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class creative work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Ensure all output aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a senior creative, designer or editor role.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing design, video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and eye for detail.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Video editing and motion‑graphics production.
• Digital content creation for social media platforms.
