Senior Digital Business Analyst (Salesforce Centre of Enablement)

About the role

Join Ofgem as a Senior Digital Business Analyst within the Salesforce Centre of Enablement, helping to deliver the organisation’s Digital Strategy and support the transition to a Net Zero energy system. You will work across a portfolio of transformational digital, data and AI initiatives, translating business needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand regulatory context and align solutions with statutory duties and strategic priorities.
• Elicit, define, manage and trace business and user requirements, supporting feasibility studies and proof‑of‑concept activities.
• Design user‑centred solutions that meet enterprise architecture, accessibility and regulatory standards.
• Act as the trusted intermediary between business and technical teams, providing data‑driven insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading business analysis in digital, data and technology programmes, preferably on the Salesforce platform.
• BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to apply agile approaches to business analysis, including iterative delivery and agile requirements techniques.
