Senior Digital Designer & Video Content Editor (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a senior digital designer and video content editor to join our creative team on a hybrid basis. The role is focused on producing high‑impact visual assets that drive enquiries and sales for The Travel Franchise, the UK’s leading travel franchise.

Key responsibilities

• Transform raw footage and design briefs into polished, publish‑ready video and graphic assets.
• Clear a substantial backlog of creative assets while maintaining brand standards and commercial effectiveness.
• Create scroll‑stopping hooks, clear calls‑to‑action and content that improves click‑through and conversion rates.
• Generate multiple assets from a single core idea, ensuring volume without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the Creative Leadership Team and deliver work with minimal hand‑holding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial digital design and video editing.
• Ability to work quickly, meet tight deadlines and produce assets that directly impact revenue.
• Strong eye for visual hierarchy, storytelling and direct‑response marketing principles.
