Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator - Events

About the role

This senior position supports the delivery of digital marketing campaigns for a global events and experiences company, focusing on high‑profile arts and entertainment properties such as Taste of London, The Chimney Lift, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and Hampton Court Palace Festival.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content across social media, website and email channels.
• Support end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns from planning through delivery.
• Manage and optimise social media channels, monitoring trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with paid‑media teams and external partners on digital campaigns and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities with content, influencers and partnerships to grow audiences and drive ticket sales.
• Track and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to improve results.
• Support CRM and audience acquisition activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a digital marketing or social media role.
• Strong B2C marketing background, ideally within events, entertainment, lifestyle, food or music.
• Creative eye with excellent copy‑writing skills.
• Up‑to‑date with social platform trends, technology and best practice.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of how digital activity drives engagement, conversion and sales.
• Willingness to be on‑site at live events when required.
• Genuine interest in live events, culinary, music and entertainment.
