Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative, commercially‑focused Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing B2B services business in Camberley. This standalone role offers variety and ownership, allowing you to plan and deliver digital campaigns that generate leads, support the sales team, and boost brand awareness across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch email marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics and marketing automation tools.
• Plan, create and manage engaging LinkedIn‑focused social media content.
• Design marketing collateral with Canva and other design tools.
• Generate and nurture high‑quality B2B leads for the sales team.
• Update website content to improve engagement and SEO performance.
• Produce blogs, case studies, newsletters and customer communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on marketing KPIs.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate multi‑channel campaigns.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and support customer‑focused marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with external suppliers such as designers, printers and web developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Background in a B2B service‑based environment.
• Strong email marketing and CRM expertise.
• Proactive, independent and able to own the full marketing function.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Solid organisational and project‑management skills.
