Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Missing People’s award‑winning Marketing & Communications Team is known for punching above its weight. You will play a key role in leading digital marketing communications, developing integrated strategies that grow brand awareness, drive audiences through the funnel and create engaging, audience‑led content across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing campaigns, website development and content creation to support the charity’s strategic goals.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, including SEO, paid advertising, email, social media and mobile.
• Collaborate with external agencies on high‑impact campaigns and innovative creative work.
• Analyse performance data, produce analytical reports and optimise customer journeys to increase conversion.
• Manage the charity’s digital assets, ensuring the website acts as a one‑stop shop for information, support and giving.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing digital growth (acquisition and retention) across web, mobile, social, email, SEO and paid ads.
• Proven track record of managing websites, SEO programmes and content initiatives.
• Experience developing marketing strategies, budgets and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated line‑management experience and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
