Join a government-backed organization leading a high-impact modernization campaign. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will spearhead the strategic transition from legacy infrastructure to cutting-edge cloud technologies, driving digital excellence at scale.

Missions principales

• Lead the cloud transformation roadmap, transitioning from legacy systems to modern cloud environments.
• Manage the renewal of cloud contracts and associated third-party services, including procurement and vendor management.
• Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog focused on delivering measurable value.
• Drive measurable improvements in adoption and usability for internal users.
• Implement lightweight product management practices to enhance visibility, workflow, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in large-scale enterprise cloud transformation.
• Must hold an active SC Clearance.
• Ability to navigate complex legacy environments with competing priorities and incomplete information.
• Strong leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and senior technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator capable of translating complex technical challenges into clear business decisions.

Competences requises

• Expertise in Developer Infrastructure products and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Shared Services).
• Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies.
• User-Centric Design principles applied to engineering and technical audiences.
• Strategic prioritization skills (Impact vs. Effort / Cost of Delay).
• Commercial service management and outsourced service oversight.
