Senior Director, EMEA Brand Marketing

About the role

KAYAK is seeking a strategic, commercially‑minded Senior Director to lead brand marketing across the EMEA region. Reporting to the SVP of Brand Marketing, you will own the regional brand budget, shape the cultural voice of KAYAK and momondo, and drive insight‑led campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a full‑funnel, audience‑first brand strategy for the UK, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark and other key markets.
• Localise global brand positioning and messaging to resonate in local languages and cultural contexts.
• Lead integrated, cross‑channel campaigns across TV, online video, OOH, audio, social and owned media.
• Partner with Creative, Media, PR and Product Marketing to balance storytelling and conversion.
• Set media priorities, allocate budget, and optimise plans with internal and agency teams.
• Collaborate with Brand Strategy & Measurement to run experiments, media‑mix modelling and incrementality testing.
• Hire, mentor and develop regional brand leaders, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading brand marketing initiatives across multiple EMEA markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business‑impactful campaigns.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, working closely with creative, media, PR and product teams.
• Leadership experience building and scaling high‑performing regional teams.
