Senior Director International Benefits

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a Senior Director, International Benefits to lead the design, administration and delivery of benefits programs for more than 60 countries outside North America. Reporting to the Global Human Resources team, you will shape a multi‑year benefits framework that balances global consistency with local relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified international benefits strategy, covering wellbeing and time‑off policies across APAC, EMEA and LATAM.
• Partner with senior leaders, cross‑functional business partners and external vendors to drive employee engagement and program value.
• Ensure compliance with international legal, financial and legislative requirements, including pension and time‑off mandates.
• Maintain audit readiness and manage vendor relationships to optimise administrative costs and pricing.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and administering international benefits programs outside the United States.
• Strong understanding of financial drivers behind benefits costs and proven ability to use cost‑containment levers.
• Demonstrated transformational change leadership and executive presence in a matrixed global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
