Senior Director, International – Global Partnership

About the role

The Senior Director, International will lead Coca‑Cola’s strategic partnership with Marriott worldwide. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape commercial strategy, align cross‑system capabilities, and drive value for both organisations across all markets outside North America.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Marriott International relationship, delivering strategic insight and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Direct the global RFP process for Marriott across international markets, ensuring a coordinated, value‑driven approach.
• Develop and execute negotiation plans that support long‑term growth and mutual value creation.
• Partner with bottling partners, internal teams, and the North America account team to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide enterprise‑level leadership, building senior‑level customer relationships and steering business performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Coca‑Cola’s international system to align customer plans with broader objectives.
• Lead top‑to‑top engagement with Marriott continent teams and represent Coca‑Cola in senior forums.
• Guide annual business planning, stewardship routines, and performance tracking for Marriott.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Extensive experience in customer leadership, strategic account management, and operating internationally.
• Proven success leading complex, cross‑functional teams in dynamic customer environments.
• Experience navigating the Coca‑Cola system or similar global enterprise networks.
• Strong cultural curiosity and understanding of global markets.
