Senior Director, International – Global Partnerships

About the role

The Senior Director, International will lead Coca‑Cola’s relationship with a major hospitality partner, shaping commercial strategy across global markets and driving mutual growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the international customer relationship, delivering strategic insight and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Direct the long‑term global RFP process for the partner across all non‑North‑American markets.
• Develop and execute negotiation plans that create long‑term value for both Coca‑Cola and the partner.
• Collaborate with bottling partners, internal functions and North America account teams to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional execution across the Coca‑Cola system, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Represent Coca‑Cola in senior leadership forums with the partner’s continental teams.
• Guide annual business planning, performance tracking and investment prioritisation for the international account.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Extensive experience in customer leadership, strategic account management and international market operations.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Deep familiarity with the Coca‑Cola system or similar global enterprise networks.
• Strong cultural curiosity and ability to navigate diverse international contexts.
