Senior Director, Portfolio Integration Lead

About the role

GSK is seeking a Senior Director to lead Portfolio Integration across its oncology clinical development programmes. The role focuses on aligning scientific strategy, biomarker development, and clinical trial design across multiple cancer assets to accelerate delivery of high‑impact therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the advancement of multiple oncology programmes, ensuring scientific alignment and portfolio coherence.
• Collaborate with Vice Presidents, Clinical Development Leads and cross‑functional teams to define feasible development pathways.
• Integrate disease biology, biomarker strategies and emerging clinical approaches across assets.
• Provide clinical context for novel biomarker strategies and trial designs, especially for early‑stage and mechanistically novel assets.
• Drive cross‑asset integration and strategic alignment across the full oncology portfolio.

Required profile

• Senior scientific leader with extensive experience in oncology clinical development.
• Proven ability to work at the intersection of disease strategy, clinical development and portfolio leadership.
• Strong collaborative skills with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Open to candidates with medical or non‑medical backgrounds who possess the requisite expertise.
