Senior Ecommerce Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Executive to lead the performance of our global Shopify Plus sites. You will own day‑to‑day trading, analyse data and optimise the customer journey to drive conversion and revenue growth for a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer sport and endurance brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day performance of the brand’s Shopify Plus websites across the UK, USA and Europe.
• Trade the site, monitor KPIs and use data to improve conversion and revenue.
• Own onsite optimisation, technical SEO and continuous CRO testing.
• Collaborate with a Marketing Assistant, CRM, partnerships, marketplace and other marketing specialists.
• Work closely with developers, agencies and internal stakeholders to implement improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of ecommerce experience, preferably in a consumer or brand‑led environment.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify (Shopify Plus) and Google Analytics 4.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO and conversion rate optimisation.
• Commercial awareness and confidence to influence cross‑functional teams.

• £35,000‑£38,000 salary per year.
