About the role

Academics is seeking a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join its London office. This senior position will lead an education recruitment desk, building strong relationships with schools and education professionals while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop your own education recruitment desk.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with schools and teaching staff.
• Proactively source, attract and place high‑quality teaching and support personnel.
• Deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed personal and team targets.
• Mentor and support junior consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong billing history and a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Driven, ambitious and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Genuine passion for education and making a difference.
