Senior Electrical Project Manager

About the role

Join a rapidly growing contractor operating in the data‑centre and mission‑critical construction sector as a Senior Electrical Project Manager. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will sit on the leadership team and drive the delivery of complex electrical programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical works, from design coordination and technical tender assessments to subcontractor management and project execution.
• Manage procurement, programme and budget control, ensuring quality assurance and client engagement throughout.
• Establish risk and opportunity management procedures, including an early‑warning system.
• Lead value‑engineering and special‑solution development for MEP works.
• Coordinate handover to the operations team, resolving defects and ensuring smooth transition.

Required profile

• Strong background in electrical construction.
• Proven success delivering complex commercial, industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical or mission‑critical projects.
• Experience leading high‑value construction projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Familiarity with the complete project lifecycle, from design to commissioning and handover.
