Senior Electronics Design Engineer – Salisbury (Hybrid, up to £65k)

About the role

We are supporting an engineering‑led manufacturer to build a talent pool of senior electronics design engineers for R&D growth. The role focuses on digital and high‑speed electronics, PCB design, EMC, and wireless/RF development for complex consumer products.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and high‑speed electronic circuits and printed circuit boards.
• Perform schematic capture and layout using tools such as Altium.
• Ensure EMC/ESD compliance and lead design for regulatory requirements.
• Develop wireless, RF, or communications products.
• Work with DSP, FPGA, microprocessors, and integrated digital systems.
• Prototype, debug, and conduct lab‑based testing.
• Select components and design for manufacturability.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, and test teams across the product lifecycle from concept to production.

Required profile

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Several years of commercial electronics design experience (senior level).
• Hands‑on, collaborative and technically curious attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced R&D environment.
