Senior Embedded Systems Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to join a fast‑growing R&D team developing high‑performance electronic systems for industrial applications. The role offers full product ownership, from concept through to production, in a collaborative engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop embedded firmware in Embedded C for microcontroller‑based products.
• Design analogue and digital electronic circuits and create schematics.
• Perform PCB capture, layout and prototype testing.
• Work with ARM Cortex, PIC and similar platforms.
• Implement communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C, RS232, RS485 and Ethernet.
• Debug hardware and firmware, conduct validation and compliance testing.
• Support power‑electronics designs including DC‑DC converters and constant‑current circuits.
• Ensure EMC‑conscious design and manage compliance activities.
• Rapidly prototype, test and iterate new product concepts.

Required profile

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in embedded electronics design and development.
• Strong Embedded C programming skills.
• Hands‑on experience with analogue and digital circuit design, schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Experience with microcontrollers, hardware and firmware debugging.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering projects.
