About the role

We are seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor (Senior Associate) with 5‑8 years of post‑qualification experience to join our London office. The role is newly created and forms part of the firm’s next growth chapter, offering a client‑focused environment and a clear pathway to partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialist employment law advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Manage and resolve complex employment disputes and advisory matters.
• Contribute to the firm’s business development and year‑on‑year growth.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing, supportive team to maintain a client‑obsessed approach.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years PQE in employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver high‑quality client service.
• Ambition to progress towards partnership.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £70,000‑£80,000 per annum.
• Two performance bonuses, total OTE £90,000‑£100,000.
