Senior ERP Consultant - Implementation & Customer Success

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior ERP Consultant to own the end‑to‑end delivery of ERP projects and drive lasting customer success. You will work closely with UK businesses, understand their processes, and ensure the ERP system delivers real operational value. This role combines commercial insight, technical expertise, and hands‑on problem solving across discovery, implementation, go‑live and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects for new and existing customers across multiple industries.
• Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, map business processes and translate them into practical ERP configurations.
• Configure the ERP solution, perform data investigations using SQL, and support customers through testing, go‑live and post‑implementation adoption.
• Drive optimisation, improvement and change initiatives within established customer environments.
• Collaborate with Support, Product and Development teams to resolve issues and continuously improve delivery methodology.
• Contribute to the evolution of implementation and Customer Success practices as the business scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering ERP implementations and optimisation projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and improve client business workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable presenting to senior business leaders.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and stay overnight as required.
• Self‑motivated, outcome‑focused and able to work independently in a field‑based environment.

Required skills

• SQL for data investigation, configuration validation and troubleshooting.
