Senior Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Taylors residential sales team in Gloucester. In this full‑time position you will deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers while contributing to the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments and liaise with mortgage advisors to maximise branch activity.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in property.
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑care focus and resilience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
