Senior Estate Agent – Sales Negotiator

About the role
We are a well‑established independent estate agency seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to drive growth, increase market share and enhance our reputation for quality and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and secure new residential property sales and listings to expand market share.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including valuation, negotiation and client liaison.
- Maintain high standards of service and uphold the agency’s reputation for quality.
Required profile
- Proven track record in residential property sales, valuation and listings.
- Previous experience in an estate agency, preferably in a senior negotiating or valuation role.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and ability to work independently.
What we offer
- Basic salary £22,750 plus £2,000 car allowance, with on‑target earnings of £36,750.
- Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30, alternate Saturdays 9:00‑17:00, 5‑day working week.
- Starting annual leave of 33 days, increasing with service.
