About the role

Join a Local Authority as a Senior Estates Surveyor within its Estates Management function. You will help manage a diverse commercial property portfolio, working alongside an experienced estates team and enjoying a hybrid schedule with one office day per week.

Key responsibilities

Manage lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and overall asset performance.
Oversee service charges, arrears and ensure timely collections.
Conduct property inspections and support acquisitions, disposals and valuations.
Collaborate with Facilities Management to maintain compliance and safety of assets.

Required profile

Degree‑level qualification in Estate Management or a related discipline.
MRICS membership preferred but not essential.
Strong knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law.
Proven experience in commercial asset management.
Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
