Senior Estimator – Facilities Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Estimator to lead the commercial and technical pricing of complex, high‑value maintenance and facilities management opportunities. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to our Leeds or London head office, reporting to the Head of Estimating.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end estimating on large, complex FM tenders and frameworks.
• Develop first‑principles cost models that are accurate, compliant and commercially robust.
• Analyse tender documentation, asset data and service requirements to shape competitive, deliverable solutions.
• Own risk and opportunity evaluation and embed it into pricing and submission strategy.
• Drive win themes and differentiators with Solutions Directors and the Proposals team.
• Present pricing strategies to internal governance reviews and senior stakeholders.
• Hand over winning bids to delivery teams post‑award.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Hard FM estimating and a track record of winning large, complex FM tenders and frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of SFG20 maintenance standards and asset‑based pricing methodologies.
• Experience with CCS, government or other public‑sector framework tendering.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
