Senior Event Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Event Coordinator to join an international events team based in Oval, London. The role combines commercial decision‑making with hands‑on delivery of live music and nightlife events across multiple territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop commercially viable event concepts and expand them into new markets.
• Build event budgets, forecasts and performance dashboards.
• Negotiate venue contracts and secure technical specifications.
• Source and book performers, talent and operational staff.
• Lead weekly sales reviews and monitor 7‑day performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and entertainment teams to optimise campaigns and ticket sales.
• Scale successful events into additional cities, venues and territories.
• Identify partnership opportunities and nurture industry relationships.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in music, nightlife or live‑event production.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and forecast revenue.
• Excellent negotiation skills with venues, artists and suppliers.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to peak periods, campaign launches and international time zones.
