Senior Event Project Executive

About the role

Live Recruitment is seeking a Senior Event Project Executive to lead smaller events from start to finish while supporting larger, complex projects. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will gain international exposure, handling incentive travel and live delivery across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of small to medium events, including client briefings, milestone planning, budgeting and onsite execution.
• Support large‑scale events by sourcing suppliers, tracking budgets, conducting risk assessments, ensuring data protection compliance and coordinating travel documentation.
• Manage the delegate journey – from registration site creation and communications to onsite check‑in and post‑event reporting.
• Collaborate with the in‑house Creative Studio to develop event concepts, produce copy, and coordinate teasers, itineraries and delegate communications.
• Oversee print production, onsite logistics and on‑site coordination for both hybrid and virtual formats.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in event project management or a related field.
• Ability to work autonomously on small projects and as part of a team on larger programmes.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on detail, risk management and budget control.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project delivery, typically four to five nights per trip.
