Senior Event Project Manager

About the role

Shore Events is seeking an experienced Senior Event Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of events, from boutique incentives to large‑scale international conferences. You will work within a fast‑growing creative agency that values integrity, honesty, creativity and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative, client‑focused event solutions across conferences, award ceremonies, congresses and overseas incentives.
• Manage delegate registration for 300+ attendees using CVENT.
• Oversee large budgets, invoicing and post‑event financial reconciliation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through face‑to‑face and virtual interactions.
• Leverage extensive venue and destination knowledge to negotiate contracts and secure optimal terms.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, writing proposals and pitching ideas.
• Translate client briefs into innovative concepts, providing creative options and solutions.
• Coordinate AV, event production and faculty management, conducting risk assessments as needed.

Required profile

• Approximately 6 years of experience in an events agency.
• Willingness to travel globally for fam trips and on‑site event execution.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
• High level of initiative, accountability and commitment to delivering work to personal high standards.
