Senior Events Executive (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join a leading international professional services firm as a Senior Events Executive within a brand‑new central events function. You will work side‑by‑side with partners and senior stakeholders to design and deliver high‑impact client events, conferences and thought‑leadership programmes across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver seminars, conferences, webinars, roundtables and corporate hospitality events.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from concept through execution and post‑event analysis.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, catering, production, branding and logistics.
• Handle invitations, RSVP processes and attendee communications.
• Collaborate with Business Development to align events with commercial objectives.
• Control event budgets, maximise ROI and produce post‑event reports.
• Support virtual and hybrid events using digital event platforms.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure compliance with brand and governance standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years delivering corporate events end‑to‑end in a professional services or legal environment.
• Proven experience organising conferences, seminars, client events, webinars and corporate hospitality.
• Strong stakeholder management, especially with senior leadership.
• Experience managing suppliers, venues, budgets and logistics.
• Knowledge of CRM, email marketing and event management platforms.
• Experience with virtual or hybrid events is a plus.
