Main Missions

• Drive branch sales performance and margin growth by implementing effective commercial strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan for the branch.
• Manage pricing policies and closely monitor market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Oversee key account management while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Organize supplier training sessions and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Monitor sales team performance and provide continuous support and guidance.
