Senior Family Solicitor – High Net Worth Cases

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to join its award‑winning family law team in Marlow. You will work on high‑net‑worth private family matters, supporting a senior partner and managing your own caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Handle divorce and separation matters, including high‑value financial remedy cases.
• Manage private children disputes and complex cohabitation issues.
• Draft and negotiate pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, separation agreements, and non‑molestation orders.
• Prepare relocation, specific issue, and occupation order applications.
• Develop business through networking, client development and relationships with referrers.

Required profile

• Qualified Family Solicitor with 4–7 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience in privately funded family law matters, especially financial remedy and children work.
• Strong client care and communication abilities.
• Proactive approach to business development and teamwork.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of family law procedures and legislation.
• Experience drafting financial remedy settlements and children orders.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
