Senior Field Marketing & ABM Manager – EMEA

About the role

As Serval’s first Field Marketing & ABM hire in EMEA, you will partner directly with Sales to build a brand‑new field motion across the region. You will design high‑impact programs, create unique account‑based experiences and own the go‑to‑market strategy from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Define the EMEA go‑to‑market strategy for field programs across the UK&I, DACH, Benelux and Nordics.
• Design and execute 1:1, 1:few and 1:many field experiences such as regional dinners, hackathons, out‑of‑the‑box events and gifting campaigns.
• Orchestrate multi‑country ABM campaigns using direct mail, digital, events and content while handling shipping, VAT, GDPR and local vendor logistics.
• Partner with Sales to understand territory priorities, contribute to deal strategy and track impact through engagement, pipeline velocity and closed‑won revenue.
• Adapt successful US programs for Europe and feed EMEA‑born ideas back to the global team.

• Doer who can move from building Salesforce reports to negotiating venue contracts and delivering unconventional experiences.
• Strong collaborator who quickly earns trust with Sales teams across time zones.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time (up to 50% seasonally) across EMEA.
