Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

We are a leading Global Property Technology and Real Estate Data & Information Services company based in Central London, seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support our continued growth. The role will act as a strategic finance partner across the business and report directly to the Finance Director.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with multiple departments to provide financial insight and support.
• Own the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and refine forecasting methodologies to improve overall forecast precision.
• Analyse the company’s business plan and growth strategies, identifying key cost drivers and trends.
• Prepare detailed business cases and financial analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor and report on P&L performance against targets.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Native‑level proficiency in French.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, simplify complex financial information and devise practical solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate financial forecasts.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Central London.
