Senior Finance Assistant – Creative Studio

About the role

The Senior Finance Assistant will join a fast‑growing international creative studio in London, supporting both the London and New York studios. Working closely with the Financial Controller and Studio Manager, you will translate project activity into accurate financial records and provide the data needed for business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles.
• Prepare and execute payment runs.
• Post month‑end journals, including accruals and pre‑payments.
• Maintain the fixed asset register.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Support month‑end close and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a creative or project‑based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with Operations, Project Management and Sales teams.
