Senior Finance Manager

About the role

This newly-created senior, high‑visibility position spans strategic financial planning, tax, commercial analysis and business partnering across a diverse property portfolio. The role is ideal for a commercially‑minded finance professional comfortable with technical tax and debt structuring as well as presenting to shareholders and lenders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner across the business to assess financial and asset performance, investment returns, business cases and risk.
• Lead budget modelling, scenario planning and broader commercial analysis, developing new insight and analysis tools.
• Lead tax planning initiatives, corporate restructurings and transaction‑related work, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews of the group’s tax position, identifying efficiencies and mitigating risk.
• Act as a key finance contact for shareholders, lenders and strategic partners, preparing reporting packs and responding to ad‑hoc requests.
• Contribute to strategic direction, identifying value‑creation opportunities and supporting capital allocation decisions.
• Lead debt modelling, covenant monitoring and forecasting.
• Support capital raises and corporate transactions with financial information and due diligence.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Track record in tax planning and corporate transactions; CTA and restructuring experience is a strong plus.
• Experience engaging with lenders and overseeing debt covenants or financing arrangements.
• Confidence managing shareholder or C‑Suite relationships and reporting.
• Experience working across multiple business lines; investment, private equity or family office background advantageous.
