About the role
The Senior Finance Manager will partner with the Board to drive the growth of a London‑based investment management firm. You will lead a small finance team, oversee all transactional accounting, and build robust cash‑flow forecasting and reporting capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with the Board to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Manage a small finance team and ensure accurate transactional accounting.
- Produce rolling cash‑flow forecasts and detailed financial reports.
- Design and implement systems and processes that enable rapid scaling.
- Provide actionable financial insight to inform commercial decision‑making.
Required profile
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
- Experience within investment management finance functions.
- Strong commercial forecasting and reporting background.
- Proven track record of implementing new processes and driving continuous improvement.
