Senior Financial Accountant – Global Shared Services

About the role

As a Senior Financial Accountant you will provide record‑to‑report accounting support for a portfolio of entities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa within a centralized Shared Services environment. The role works closely with regional finance teams and key stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver record‑to‑report accounting for multiple entities in a shared services model.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to produce accurate financial statements and meet statutory and audit deadlines.
• Maintain reliability of financial data, resolve issues promptly and drive continuous improvement through process consistency and automation.

Required profile

• Polish‑speaking ACA/ACCA/CIMA/QBE qualified accountant with 4+ years of experience in an international accounting setting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local statutory regulations across various jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to work across diverse cultures, provide internal customer service and communicate clearly.
• Accountable, proactive and problem‑solving mindset with high attention to detail.
