Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Robert Half is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst for a large international professional services organisation in Central London. The role is highly visible, working closely with senior leadership to drive financial planning, analysis and commercial insight across multiple business sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes for a portfolio of business sectors.
• Deliver detailed financial analysis, highlighting trends, risks and performance drivers.
• Produce management reporting and KPI analysis to support senior decision‑making.
• Consolidate financial information across business areas and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support scenario modelling, strategic planning and challenge financial assumptions.
• Partner with operational and regional stakeholders to provide actionable financial insight.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting, planning and financial processes.
• Contribute to governance, controls and reporting frameworks.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or close to completing one of these qualifications.
• Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance, finance business partnering or financial analysis.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
• Proven ability to interpret large data sets and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
