Senior Financial Analyst – Licensing Consumer Products

About the role

This senior financial analyst position sits within Hasbro’s Licensing Finance team in London. The role is hybrid, requiring office presence three days a week, and focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for consumer‑product licensing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct detailed portfolio analysis, identifying whitespace opportunities.
• Prepare, analyse and present monthly financial results, supporting month‑end close.
• Perform variance analysis between forecasted and actual results, delivering actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to monitor financial targets and manage shared data files.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to inform senior leadership decisions.
• Support implementation of best practices, process improvements and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of financial analysis or planning experience, preferably in licensing.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Longview (advantage).
