Senior Financial Lines Adjuster

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing loss adjusting practice, is establishing a Financial Lines Division and needs a senior professional to lead its development. Based in London with the flexibility to work from home, you will partner directly with a Main Board Director to shape strategy, recruit talent and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Financial Lines claims strategy for the new division.
• Manage a portfolio of complex financial lines claims from inception to settlement.
• Build and lead a team of adjusters, overseeing recruitment and performance.
• Liaise with traditional insurers and syndicates to secure new business.
• Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on claim handling and risk assessment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a financial lines adjuster or equivalent claims role within an insurer or syndicate.
• Proven track record handling high‑value financial lines claims.
• Ability to work independently and develop a new business line.
• Willingness to attend the London office regularly despite a home‑based arrangement.
