Senior FP&A Analyst – Commercial Finance Partner

About the role

We are seeking a senior FP&A Analyst to join a fast‑growing international safety‑technology business. The position sits at the intersection of finance and operations, providing commercial insight and driving profitability across sales, supply chain and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and senior leadership, challenging assumptions and delivering data‑driven insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning for the division, building robust financial models.
• Analyse revenue, margins and operational KPIs to identify risks, opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Leverage Power BI and ERP systems to manipulate large data sets and build automated dashboards that improve reporting visibility.
• Support commercial business partnering by translating financial information into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA (or equivalent) with a relevant degree.
• Proven FP&A and commercial finance experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial or similar operational environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑site operation.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Power BI.
• Experience with mid‑to‑large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
