Senior FP&A Manager - Sports and Entertainment

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international entertainment and sports business to find a Senior FP&A Manager. In this role you will own the full financial planning cycle, deliver commercial insights and support strategic decision‑making across a fast‑growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, semi‑annual re‑forecast and long‑range planning processes.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs for senior leadership, including P&L analysis, variance bridges and KPI tracking.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget, re‑forecast and prior year, providing clear narratives for executives.
• Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards and analytical tools to improve forecast reliability.
• Partner with CAA International business leaders on new‑deal pipeline, client profitability and compensation expense analytics.
• Support M&A evaluation and post‑acquisition performance management as required.

Required profile

• Commercially‑minded finance professional with strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex analysis clearly.
• High attention to detail and rigorous approach to modelling and reporting.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of building trusted relationships with non‑finance teams.

Required skills

• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise.
