Senior Freelance PR Consultant – Commodities & Digital Asset Tokenisation

About the role

We are seeking a senior freelance PR consultant to help a growing client base operating at the intersection of commodities such as gold and silver and digital asset tokenisation. The role involves translating complex financial and technological concepts into compelling narratives for UK and international media, with a focus on thought leadership and reputation building.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine a narrative platform around tokenised commodities and position spokespeople as credible voices on gold investing, tokenisation and macroeconomic trends.
• Create op‑eds, commentary and reactive insights for top‑tier UK media, and newsjack relevant moments such as gold price movements, geopolitical developments and regulatory updates.
• Manage relationships with tier‑one financial and business media, personal finance press and crypto/digital‑asset titles to secure high‑quality coverage, interviews and commentary placements.
• Lead press‑office activity for announcements and launches, advising on messaging around credibility, trust and transparency.
• Support integration with broader marketing or investor communications initiatives.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with the ability to connect macro trends to media narratives.
• Strong background in financial services, capital markets or commodities.
• Proven experience delivering thought‑leadership‑led PR campaigns on complex or technical subjects.
• Established relationships with UK financial and business journalists.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels and credible with senior stakeholders.
