Senior Frontend Engineer (London)

About the role

Perk is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to own and shape the user experience of its group travel and events platform. You will lead the design of complex, multi‑sided product flows and work closely with product, design and engineering teams across the travel, spend and events verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end development of the group travel and events product, translating product concepts into high‑quality frontend implementations.
• Act as the design lead, defining UI/UX patterns that work across corporate planners, suppliers and event participants.
• Write architectural design documents for major platform changes and manage technical debt.
• Collaborate across squads and engineering guilds to align on solutions and drive cross‑team initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide code reviews and help raise the overall engineering standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience building large‑scale web applications with a focus on user experience.
• Ability to think beyond feature delivery, shaping product vision and contributing to quarterly goals.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas across multiple teams and influence technical direction.
• Passion for mentoring, coaching and raising the bar for engineering quality.
