Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Enablement

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join Broadridge’s AI Enablement Team in London. You will help design and implement cutting‑edge AI and GenAI solutions that power the organisation’s platform and drive innovation across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality applications using Python and ReactJS.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while debugging complex technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with architects to create scalable, performant software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Write unit tests and work with QA engineers to guarantee software reliability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing code for speed and scalability.
• Document designs, architecture decisions, and code documentation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience developing IT solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
