Senior Full Stack Developer – Cloud Native & E‑commerce

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global footwear retailer to strengthen their Marketplace and Conversion Optimisation squads. As a Senior Full Stack Developer you will design, build and deploy cloud‑native applications that power customer‑facing e‑commerce experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and release scalable cloud‑native services on AWS for marketplace and e‑commerce platforms.
• Implement customer‑facing features that improve conversion, user experience and commercial outcomes.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle from discovery through production, including code reviews and mentoring.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, micro‑services and modern web applications using React/Next.js and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Drive code quality, automated testing, security and CI/CD best practices.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and developer tooling.
• Reduce technical debt by designing maintainable solutions and introducing automation.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience as a full‑stack engineer with a product mindset.
• Proven ability to deliver cloud‑native digital products in Agile teams.
• Experience mentoring peers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Capacity to balance rapid delivery with long‑term engineering quality.
