Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will drive the user experience for our product area. You will combine deep product knowledge with research insights to create high‑impact design deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the technology and features of the assigned product area.
• Conduct research to provide human and business impact insights for products.
• Produce deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that solve real user problems.
• Communicate UX findings clearly to design teams, cross‑functional partners, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• A portfolio showcasing polished end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of experience in interactive or visual design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness of mobile, communications, and collaboration trends.
• Ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize work independently.
• Proven track record of influencing shipped products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
