Main Missions

• Full Operational Ownership: Take complete accountability for a complex, high-volume site featuring 8 diverse revenue streams.
• Strategic Leadership: Partner closely with owners to drive business strategy, continuous innovation, and operational excellence.
• Commercial Performance: Drive growth, optimize profitability, and manage full P&L responsibility.
• Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, multi-level workforce to achieve peak performance.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the highly visible face of the business, engaging with clients, stakeholders, and the local community.
• Cross-functional Oversight: Supervise all critical departments including Finance, Marketing, HR, and Customer Experience.

• Proven track record as a Senior General Manager or similar role within high-volume, multi-faceted hospitality environments.
